Cancellation Policy

All sales are final, no refunds. To reschedule, please contact me at least 24h before the call. If you fail to do so, a 50% extra fee will be asked of you. In the case of a no-show without warning, the appointment is lost. You'll need to reschedule and pay the full price again. Note: Showing up more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show.
